Cafe Bianco means, literally, White Coffee. We've taken an exclusive blend of Robusta beans and roasted them oh-so-lightly. The result, frankly, is unusual and exciting. Because of the ultra-light roast, Cafe Bianco packs tons of caffeine and lacks a traditional coffee taste. Instead, Cafe Bianco tastes nutty and toasted. At the Ancora coffeehouses, we use Cafe Bianco as the espresso for White Zombies - lattes that are flavored with syrups such as vanilla and hazelnut. You can make your own White Zombies at home using Cafe Bianco in your home espresso machine. Another way to enjoy to Bianco? Pull some shots and add them to your drink for a caffeine boost. Another note: This is the only Ancora Coffee that we insist on pre-grinding before it leaves the Roasteria. That's because the beans are so hard after the light roast that they'd break your home grinder for sure!
