White Coffee

Sounds like a paradox doesn’t it? White Coffee? Here’s what it is: a very lightly roasted robusta bean that comes out of the roaster an off-white color, and hard as a rock. That’s why we only send it to you ground. Cafe Bianco/White Coffee is nutty and toasty tasting and makes really wonderful lattes.

June 26th was Independents Day in Dane County, Wisconsin - Ancora's home base. The occasion? Dane Buy Local unveiled its first Member Directory and encouraged local business owners to show up and sign the Declaration of Independents. To add to the event's authenticity, Paul Revere was on hand in full period costume! Ancora Coffee Roasters is proud to be an independent and responsible local business - and we encourage you to support local businesses and service providers in your communities.
